About

Web Developer

In 1999, after working as a computer tech for a few years, I began designing and hosting websites and founded Technical Services of New York. In 2003, I received my Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, and in 2007 I received my Master's Degree in Information Technology, both from Rochester Institute of Technology. I am currently a full time web developer/designer at UniteU Technologies, a leading e-commerce provider in Rochester, NY.

Drummer

I've been playing the drums since 1990, and I've played a very wide variety of styles and settings, including jazz ensembles and combos, concert bands, marching bands, rock bands, blues bands, and dance bands. In 2003, I graduated from RIT with a minor in Music. I currently play Pearl drums with Zildjian and Wuhan cymbals.

Railfan

You can catch me trackside in Rochester, NY and beyond, and you can regularly find my photos in Railpace magazine. I'm also an active volunteer at the Rochester & Genesee Valley Railroad Museum in Rush, NY, the Rochester Chapter NRHS, and the Railroad Museum of New England in Thomaston, CT. In 2002, Otto Vondrak and I took over RAILROAD.NET, a popular railfan community. I currently shoot with a Canon Rebel XTi.

Model Railroader

I'm a former president of the RIT Model Railroad Club, former superintendent of the Lakeshores Division NMRA, and current webmaster for the Northeastern Region NMRA. I currently model modern Conrail/CSX and Metro-North in HO, and I enjoy realistic operation, CTC, weathering, and Free-mo.
